The project involved the demolition of an existing single storey teaching block and construction of a new two storey building to house 6 No. Classrooms, 2 No. Seminar Rooms, together with Staff Offices, Reception Area and WC facilities.

Ribbon windows with glazed corner details were incorporated to maximise the benefits of natural light. High degrees of thermal insulation were added to ensure the new building achieved an excellent energy use rating.
