UTC, Lincoln

jra were involved from the earliest feasibility study for the local college and were appointed by the contractor for the design of the new University Technical College facility at the Greestone site. The project involves the design of a contemporary teaching block within the Cathedral Close, the refurbishment of the listed Greestone building and the repair of the sections of the Close wall which run through the site. Conservation management statements were produced for the listed building and the Close wall to enable the impact of the design proposals to be assessed. Works were completed ready for the start of the 2015 academic year.
