A phased refurbishment of a former Forte Posthouse hotel. The works were undertaken during full operation of the hotel and comprised the phased refurbishment of 71 en-suite bedrooms including the installation of wet rooms undertaken on a floor by floor basis, the refurbishment of conference rooms, the refurbishment of the restaurant and creation of a new bar area, the refurbishment of the kitchens, installation of a new cold store and the formation of a new steam room.
