The project involved the redevelopment of a former petrol filing station site at a prominant location on a busy arterial route.
Three retail/trade counter sales units were created providing 12,000 sq m of space and appropriate car parking and service areas for motor based operators: Formula One Autocentres, Auto Windscreens and GSF Car Parts.
The site is located within close proximity of an existing residential estate and significant consideraton was made to ensure that noise pollution was addressed.
