Hainton House, Lincoln

Situated in the conservation area of Branston village in Lincoln, Hainton House is an 18th Century Grade II Listed former Rectory which has been sympathetically restored to incorporate 7 individual apartments within the main house, a cottage and separate Georgian 'smoke house', all within a communal walled garden.

Many of the original features have been retained and restored including original cornices and wooden fireplaces. A new principle staircase was created within the house, offering accessibility to all upper floors.
